We all had a fantastic time at the Blue Mountains Cooking School! It was great fun for the family and friends at my Dads 60th celebration. Dividing us into teams really helped as a bonding session between friends and family that didn’t know each other well before attending the school. I would recommend this school to anyone up for a great time, great hospitality and GREAT FOOD!!!

All the girls thoroughly enjoyed the day – there was the beautiful setting which was warm and inviting and the teaching was relaxed, tailored to the group and suitable to all levels (loved the stories, history, family relationships and it was so authentic). The equipment was professional but not industrial which makes it transferable to the home and the menu was superb! It’s a big credit to you both to run this wonderful business; it was simply delightful.

Thank you for a fabulous birthday event. Cooking up a storm with family and friends was a lovely way to celebrate a birthday. Everyone had a great time. So much fun and we ended up with a delicious meal and the recipes to try them all again! I would thoroughly recommend the cooking school and look forward to coming again.

My management team took part in a French cooking class hosted by Diana and Cath. It was a great success, as it appealed to everyone, we all had the opportunity to do something different and it enhanced our team work whilst encouraging just the right element of competitiveness. The format of the evening enabled individuals to have time to talk to many of their team-mates in a very informal setting, not something easily achieved in your typical corporate event. Diana and Cath have the perfect set up, with a kitchen that promoted cooperation whilst having a great sense of hustle and bustle. They were the consummate hosts, treating some of our more novice cooks with care and attention. I would thoroughly recommend it as a unique team building exercise that is a lot of fun.
