Moroccan Feast – North African

This cooking class is 3 hours long and costs $100 per person (minimum 6 people). You can choose a selection from the following menu items in consultation with us to form the perfect meal.

  • Moroccan Meatballs/Kebeh
  • Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemon
  • Vegetable Tagine
  • Eggplant with Chermoula
  • Couscous
  • Moroccan Mint Tea
  • Fruit with Orange Blossom Water
  • Almond Cake or Pomegranate Meringue Tart or Baclava
