Classes are (soon) back!

Over the next 6 months the following classes will be on offer. Dates coming shortly.

Baked Treats – learn how to make (easy) afternoon tea classics. Think scones, sponge cake, slices and mini quiches and we’ll also make some lemon curd to slather on the scones, cake or just eat with a spoon.

Handmade Pasta – learn how to make (easy) fresh pasta which we’ll then use in a couple of ways – fettucine and also a ravioli filled with a lemon, nutmeg and ricotta filling. On the menu will also be a lovely caprese salad and some macerated fruit for dessert.

Lunch in Provence – let’s pretend that we are in the south of France (can you imagine??) as we make and enjoy eating classics such as Nicoise salad, tapenade and a stunning cherry clafoutis.

Lunch in Greece – OK, so, here’s an admission. I’m obsessed with Greek food and so why don’t you join me for this class (group therapy) and we can pretend we are in Corfu or Santorini or….you get the idea! A tray baked lemon chicken, Greek butter cookies, tomato and feta salad and my favourite, honey and cinnamon phyllo rolls.

Shortcrust Pastry – in this hands-on class, we will make short-crust pastry from scratch. Don’t worry, I’ll be there to hold your hand! We’ll then adapt the pastry to make a quiche and a stunning walnut tart. The class is suitable for both pastry making beginners and more experienced bakers who want to brush up on their skills.
