This is one of my favourite parts of France – renowned for its magnificent cultural and tourist sites, but also for its food! In this class we will replicate some of the classics from this region. Traditional regional ingredients include walnuts, prunes, goats’ cheese, garlic and duck. Come and join us for an authentic meal, which you can then re-create at home. This is rustic French eating at its best.
