These timetabled classes are open to the general public and are 3 hours in length. Classes are always held on a Saturday and there are generally between 4 and 6 classes a year. The remainder of the year is used for private cooking classes.
Each class includes tea, coffee and a tasty morsel on arrival, a cooking class with all ingredients, recipe pack and a sit-down meal – including mineral water and coffee. They are certainly achievable if you are making a weekend or even a single-day trip to the Blue Mountains. There is a maximum of 10 people in all of the public classes to ensure individual attention.

Garlic, olive oil and the abundant “herbes de Provence” are the spirit of Provencal recipes. In this class we will make dishes such as Tapenade, Salade Nicoise, Tomato and Onion Tart as well as other regional dishes and desserts. Come and enjoy lunch under our pergola…..The next best thing to the South of France!
Includes: morning tea, tuition, recipe pack, lunch and non alcoholic beverages.
