In this second part of the Persian Food series, we try all new recipes from this amazing culture. Traditional ingredients include saffron, pomegranates, limes, cinnamon and rice. Recipes will include a fresh labne with pine nuts, a cooling cucumber soup, jeweled rice, an innovative fish dish, meatballs with pistachios and pomegranate and some delightful sweet (and different) treats to finish our meal.
