This was such a popular class in 2019, that I am running it again. If you were not able to come in 2019, this February class is the class for you. Persian food is characteristically flavorsome and aromatic. Traditional ingredients include saffron, pomegranates, limes, cinnamon, lamb and rice.
In this class we will visit this fascinating part of the world and discover a cuisine as old as the region. The meal will include dishes such as Eggplant and Yoghurt Dip, Chicken and Walnut Ragout, Baked Rice with Berries and Iranian Love Tea! Please note that a Persian Banquet class Part 2, will take place in November with all new recipes.
