These timetabled classes are open to the general public and are 3 hours in length. Classes are always held on a Saturday and there are generally between 6 and 8 classes a year. The remainder of the year is used for private cooking classes.

Each class includes tea, coffee and a tasty morsel on arrival, a cooking class with all ingredients, a recipe pack to take home and a sit-down meal – including water and coffee.

They are certainly achievable if you are making a weekend or even a single-day trip to the Blue Mountains.

So that we are adhering to the current social distancing regulations, classes will be limited to 8 students and the school’s hygiene protocols and procedures have been increased.
